We are excited to welcome all teams to the Budapest Handball Cup 2026! With 50 teams from 10 countries, this year’s tournament promises to be a truly international and unforgettable experience.

The official Opening Ceremony will take place on April 3, 2026, from 20:00 to 21:00 at the TE Sports Centre (Dr. Koltai Jenő Sports Centre). Join us as we celebrate the start of the tournament together in a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

Before the competition begins, all teams are required to complete accreditation at the competition office:

• April 2, 2026: 09:00 – 17:00
• April 3, 2026: 09:00 – 14:00

During the tournament, our staff will be available daily between 09:00 and 17:00 to assist you. Coaches are also welcome to enjoy our VIP chill zone, offering snacks, refreshments, and coffee.

The tournament will feature matches across multiple venues, including the TE Sports Centre and the Vasas Sports Centre, with games running daily from April 3 to April 6.

In addition to the matches, participants can look forward to:

• A dedicated activity area at the TE Sports Centre
• A Players’ Party on April 5
• Special VIP events for coaches, including dinners with a folklore show
